3. Quotes and Estimates
Any estimate or indication of cost provided from the website, by email, by telephone or during an initial discussion remains preliminary until a formal written submission is issued.

4. Permits, authorizations and compliance

Groupe Monarch Inc. can support its clients in the permitting process and coordination with professionals, when this service is included in the mandate. However, obtaining permits, authorizations or approvals remains subject to deadlines, requirements and decisions of the competent authorities.
No completion time can be guaranteed when the project depends on external, municipal, professional or administrative approval.
5. Plans, renderings and technical documents
The plans, sketches, 3D renderings, sketches or documents presented on this site are provided as examples of projects or services. The client must also ensure that he obtains, when required, the necessary authorizations from co-owners, tenants, building managers, financial institutions or other parties concerned.

The photos, images, renderings and descriptions of projects presented on this site serve to illustrate the experience, completed work and expertise of Groupe Monarch Inc.
Some projects may have been carried out in collaboration with clients, professionals, subcontractors or external partners. Images do not constitute a guarantee that the same result, cost or time can be reproduced in another context.
